Who May Order

Orders must be submitted by an adult. Plants are sold for ornamental horticultural purposes only.

Placing an Order

Starting checkout creates a temporary 16-hour hold on the selected items. It does not place the order.

The order is placed after the customer reviews the information and selects Submit Order.

Payment and Reservations

Submitting an order reserves the selected items for up to 21 days while payment is completed and confirmed.

Mailed payments should be sent promptly. Please allow up to 10 business days after mailing for the payment to arrive and be confirmed. If payment is not received before the reservation expires, the order may be canceled and the items returned to the shop.

Cancellations and Refunds

DRGN.earth may correct obvious pricing or listing errors and cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled or shipped safely. Any payment received for an order that cannot be fulfilled will be refunded.
