Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped only to destinations accepted by the checkout system. Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

The 21-day payment reservation begins after the customer submits the order. Preparation begins after payment is received. Fresh cuttings and some bare-root plants may require additional drying time before shipment.

Shipment may be delayed during unsafe heat, cold, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or plant-shipping restrictions. Tracking is provided when available. Customers are responsible for submitting a complete and accurate shipping address.

DRGN.earth will contact the customer when a material delay or address problem requires attention.
