DRGN.earth collects only the information reasonably necessary to process, fulfill, and document customer orders. We do not sell personal information, use targeted advertising, or track visitors across unrelated websites.

Information We Collect

When an order is submitted or a customer contacts us, we may collect a name, email address, shipping address, telephone number when needed, order and payment information, and customer communications. We may temporarily process basic technical information needed to operate and protect the website.

DRGN.earth does not collect credit-card numbers or online banking credentials through this website.

Use and Sharing

Information is used only to process and fulfill orders, communicate about orders, resolve customer-service matters, prevent misuse, maintain required business records, and support tax reporting. We do not sell or rent personal information. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary with providers involved in website operation, email, shipping, recordkeeping, or tax records.

Email and Order Portals

Order emails may contain payment instructions, order details, and masked personal information. Complete personal and shipping information is available through the Order Portal while the order remains active. Access to that information ends when the portal closes.

Confirmed orders may also contain a private, text-only Earth Elemental scroll thread between the customer and shop. The thread is available through the customer’s Order Portal and protected administrator access. Routine notification emails may identify that unread activity exists, but do not repeat the conversation text.

Retention

Identifying information is normally removed from the active order system 45 days after shipment. If an order or customer-service matter remains unresolved, the information is retained until it is resolved and then removed.

Unsubmitted requests expire after 16 hours. Private scroll-thread content is removed when its Order Portal closes. Limited non-identifying transaction records may be retained for accounting, inventory, and tax reporting.

Cookies and Browser Storage

DRGN.earth does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics. Essential cookies and limited browser storage are used to remember cart contents and appearance preferences and to support website security. Because optional advertising or tracking cookies are not used, the website does not display a general cookie-consent banner.

Your Choices and Children

Customers may use the contact options in their confirmation email or active Order Portal to ask about active order information, request a correction, or request deletion of information that is no longer needed.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and orders should be submitted by an adult.
