So far the costs are thus:
$4724.76 (assembly + components + boards (w/ hard gold edge connectors) from PCBway)
-$30 (some kind of discount from PCBWay)
+$62.66 (shipping PCBs to TaoStyx64, Inc via FedEx)
+$214.38 (paypal/credit card fees that PCBWay imposes on the buyer)

The total from PCBWay will be $4971.80 (hopefully exactly)
So then:
$4971.80
+50.17 (from Mouser, this to purchase 52 little caps that go on the button on the back of the PCB + shipping to TaoStyx64, Inc)
+$50.47 (from "Tag-Connect" for a specialized cable for programming the PCBs + shipping to TaoStyx64, Inc)
+$6.99 (from Amazon for a little board that allows me to program the PCBs with the special cable, shipping was free)

A tentative grand total (assuming I'm not forgetting anything) would be:
$5,079.43
So then, divided by 52 total PCBs: 5079.43/52 = $97.68 + whatever shipping will cost to you.
The cost of coin batteries has been discussed, but given some points brought up by concerning shipping lithium batteries, any PCB purchased without a case from me will not be coming with a coin battery installed. You will need to install one of these yourself when you receive the PCB if yo do not purchase a case from TaoStyx64. A 2032 battery simply slides into a holder which will already be mounted on the board. The cases will be calculated to include one coin battery when the time comes for that.
Note: Labor costs are done out of kindness for the N64 community and are done free of charge.

FYI: If you live outside the U.S., VAT or any similar duty or tax incurred by your country is not included in this cost.
